Warranty Information
RENO OFF-ROAD RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on unused products, buyers have decided against after receiving, on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you ordered a product that you have since decided against, and we will do our very best to get it returned or exchanged.
Returns may be charged a 5% to 15% handling fee. Not all returns will be charged. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date or received date depending on the shipping timeline. There are no returns on electrical items, special orders such as build to order products. Discontinued items will be evaluated to determine if the product can be returned. No returns will be accepted of damaged (by user) or used items.
Return requests need to be submitted using the attached form, so we can issue an RMA. Please include the original packaging and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Warranty Policy
HELLA standard limited warranty guarantees HELLA products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year after retail purchase from an authorized HELLA dealer.
When a HELLA product is suspected to be defective, contact us at hellasupport-us@forvia.com for information on warranty submission. Products submitted on a warranty claim may be requested to be returned at HELLA’s discretion. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), together with a detailed written description of suspected failure. HELLA reserves the right to either replace product with identical item if available or issue a refund of the purchase price.
When received, product will be reviewed to verify warranty claim and you will be notified if the claim has been approved or rejected. If the warranty claim is rejected, you will have ten (10) working days from date of notification to request return of product to you freight collect. If no response is received, product will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.
This HELLA limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
