We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Reno Off-Road.
The majority of our products over $199.99 ship free. And we ship from our locations closest to you when possible.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed the next business day.
Custom products or specialty items that are build to order may require additional lead time for delivery depending production schedule and location.
We will notify you if a product is build to order, the timeline until it ships. We do our best to update this information directly on the product pages.
Domestic lower 48 united states (not including Alaska & Hawaii) orders ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii order have to be pre-approved for shipping before placing the order, due to the additional shipping costs.
Truck Freight orders for large items are most often shipped through UPS Freight or Old Dominion Freight.
Expedited shipping is available. Please call to request expedited shipping. International shipping is available for most of our products. Please call for international orders.
We ship from a warehouse closest to you. If not from Reno, Nevada, from one of 14 available cross-dock locations nationwide. As well as, direct from the manufacture. Build to order products are drop shipped direct from the manufacture to speed up the delivery process.

We offer convenient delivery to our local customer in the Reno, Sparks and surrounding areas. If you are local, you can still order online and choose the free local delivery option. You can also call, text or email us to place your order, and receive local delivery.
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity, call us immediately 1-775-553-8333 so we can work with you to resolve it.
If you receive a product that is damaged by a freight carrier (USP, FedEx or others) please reject the delivery and we will get you a new one immediately, while we work to return the damaged product.
If we are issuing a refund, the refund will be refunded back using the same process the purchase was made, i.e if you paid by credit card, we refund you back to your credit card. If you pay using PayPal we will refund your PayPal account, or other means of payment used. If for any reason we cannot refund back using the same process, we will refund you back using PayPal or other process, and note the reason we have to refund using PayPal. This is due to customers credit cards expiring or other reason such as the customers PayPal account closing before we issue the refund.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on unused products. We do our best to provide hassle free returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of the original purchase date, or received date depending on the shipping timeline to returning or exchanging your unused product.
There are no returns on electrical items, special orders such as build to order products. Discontinued items will be evaluated to determine if the product can be returned. Wheels and tire returns need to be non-mounted.
Some returns may be charged a 5% to 15% handling fee. Not all returns will be charged. This is determined on a case by case basis.
Return request need to be submitted using the attached form, so we can issue an RMA. Please include original packaging and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Race Only and Non-DOT tires do not carry a warranty by the manufacture. Returns due to defects would follow the above return policy.

Your return form and RMA if / when we provide you with one, need to be included inside your return packaging so we can match your product to your return & account orders.
If we don't know who the package came from, we can't refund you!
