Each stinger base is manufactured out of 3/16" cold rolled steel with reinforced gussets and solid D-Ring mounts that are welded on the inside and outside for a maximum strength.
Smittybilt front stingers are developed and thoroughly tested in the most extreme conditions. They are hand crafted to exacting specifications using DOM 1020 2" tubing which is one of the strongest materials available.
