Placing an Order:
R.O.R. wants you to feel secure about your shopping experience with
us.
You may pay via credit card by utilizing our PayPal payment
processing. To do so, click on the PayPal icon next to the product you
wish to purchase and follow the easy instructions for charging your
order to your credit card or checking account. Your order (if shipping
is available) will be delivered as soon as the funds have reached our
account.
You have the ability to track the payment/order status online using
the PayPal option or by contacting us via
email.
If you would prefer to handle your order over the phone, you can
contact us at 775.813.6336 and we will take your order by phone.
Back Orders:
Since
R.O.R. product is often shipped direct from the Manufacture, there may
be times when a part is unfortunately backordered. If this happens,
R.O.R. will contact you with the backorder date, when we expect the
part will ship. If the timeframe is too lengthy, we will work with you
to locate the same product with a quicker turn-around, or refund your
money the same day.

Shipping prices currently shown on RoR are for US
shipping.
International
Shipping:
International
order (shipping outside of the United States) will need a
shipping/freight quote by RoR before we can process your order.
Please send
us an email with your address and a list of the products you are
interested in purchasing. RoR will respond within 2 business days to
confirm availability and a price with freight costs to be shipped to
your ship-to address.
We will
then be able to send you a secured online invoice for payment should
you wish to purchase the product.
Not all of our products are available
for shipping.
Almost all of our new products are, yet, some used
products are for pick-up only due to size constraints. So, please
contact us with any shipping inquiries you may have before placing
your order for used parts that do not have a shipping price listed on
our on-line store.
We will do our very best to maintain shipping
estimates and/or quotes when available for easy payment and shipping
opportunities. If you do not see a shipping quote, however, please
send us a quick email or call and we will provide you with any
additional shipping information you may need.
Return Process & Policy:
Returns on New Products:
ROR accepts returns on new (unused) item in the
original box and/or packaging. The return must be prepaid, and
accompanied with a copy of the receipt within 30 days of invoice.
To return a New (unused) item you must:
(1) Contact us via phone or
email during
business hours to get a return authorization number.
(2) All returns must be accompanied by the
original receipt and a return authorization number.
(3) Return all
new (unused) items in original box and/or packaging within 30 days of
invoice.

We do not refund any shipping charges, nor do we
accept COD on shipment returns.
A 15% handling and processing fee will be charged
on all merchandise returned unless the error was the cause of R.O.R.

Product Damaged During Delivery:
If you see a damage when your product is being delivered, please
inspect the product before the delivery driver leaves the package with
you. If your product is damaged, refuse the delivery. If you refuse
the delivery, please email us

as possible and have a new order shipped accordingly.
